UK Shipping & Delivery
We deliver to UK addresses served by Royal Mail.
- Standard delivery: FREE on all orders, with no minimum spend. Estimated arrival: 3–5 working days after dispatch.
- Express delivery: £2.99 per order. Estimated arrival: 1–2 working days after dispatch.
Dispatch times
Orders placed and successfully paid for by 4pm UK time, Monday–Friday, are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 4pm are dispatched the next working day.
Orders placed after 4pm on Friday or during the weekend are dispatched on Monday. We do not dispatch on bank holidays; dispatch resumes the next working day.
Delivery estimates start after dispatch. Working days exclude weekends and bank holidays. Express delivery follows the same dispatch schedule.
Tracking and delivery support
We use Royal Mail and other trusted UK couriers. Tracking details are provided where available.
Please check your delivery address before ordering. If your parcel is delayed, lost or damaged, contact us so we can investigate and help resolve it. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

We offer a 30-day return period, alongside your statutory consumer rights.
Changed your mind?
For eligible online purchases, notify us within 14 days after delivery of the last item that you wish to cancel. You then have another 14 days to send the goods back. No reason or prior approval is required.
You may inspect goods as you would in a shop. Where legally permitted, a deduction may apply for loss in value caused by excessive handling. Certain exceptions apply, including personalised goods and qualifying sealed hygiene products once unsealed.
Our additional 30-day offer
You can request an eligible return within 30 days after delivery of the last item. If the deadline falls on a weekend or bank holiday, it extends to the next working day.
Under this additional offer, items must be unused and in their original condition. Fragrances, cosmetics and personal-care products must remain unopened and unused, with seals intact. Please include packaging and tags where possible and send items back within 14 days of requesting the return.
Sale and discounted goods are included. These additional-offer conditions do not restrict your statutory rights.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Contact us promptly with your order details and a description of the problem. Reporting delivery damage or incorrect items within seven days helps us investigate, but does not limit your statutory rights.
We arrange or cover reasonable return postage for faulty, damaged, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied goods.
Postage and refunds
Customers pay return postage for change-of-mind returns. We charge no restocking fee.
For statutory cancellation of an entire order, we refund standard outbound delivery charges; an express upgrade is not refundable. Original delivery charges are not refunded for returns relying solely on our additional 30-day offer.
For statutory cancellations, refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the goods or proof of return, whichever is earlier. Faulty-goods refunds are issued within 14 days of agreeing entitlement. Eligible additional-offer refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the return.
Refunds use the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Your bank may take additional time to display the payment.
