Refund Policy

At Aura Co, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging where possible.

  • Proof of purchase may be required.

  • For hygiene reasons, opened or used fragrances, cosmetics, personal care items, and certain sealed products may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 3–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty, damaged, or sent in error.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photographs where applicable

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return unless faulty:

  • Opened or used fragrances and perfumes

  • Opened cosmetics or personal care products

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Any item returned in a condition that prevents resale

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly.

We recommend using a tracked postal service, as Aura Co cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
